&lt;P&gt;How long left on your contract with Talk Talk do you have to go as you can claim up to £100 in switching credit with Sky for TV and up to another £100 for Broadband and Talk if you are charged an early termination fee.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I believe the cooling off period is 31 days with Sky for Broadband/talk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I switched from TalkTalk to Sky Broadband over a year ago, but TalkTalk is still charging me. I wonder if anyone else has had this experience and if you've been able to recover the charges. I thought Sky informed the previous provider that you were moving to them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be great. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I'm at the pre transfer phase with TalkTalk to Sky and Talk Talk are hounding me to stay with the threat of £50 per month termination fee. Apart from the fact that feels unjust Sky have failed to respond to my calls. My question is should I concede to TalkTalk and save £10. Does Sky have a cooling off period my contract starts 24th October? Rick&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However I can only suggest you make your decision now, waiting until you have moved to Sky and cancelling during the cooling off period, then trying to return to TalkTalk sounds like a world of pain and hassle. If you are finding it difficult to contact Sky now, imagine what it is going to be like cancelling during the cooling off period.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
