&lt;P&gt;You need to call Sky asap and report this. Scammers have managed to acquire sufficient details from you (usually during a call or email) to order expensive devices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The scammers will likely recontact you (again claiming to be Sky) saying they've made a mistake and to send it to a (non Sky) address. They then have the device and you have the bill.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;With any unexpected calls from 'Sky' if the caller asks for your telephone password to confirm you're the account holder (which a genuine Sky agent should in my opinion) initially give an&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;INCORRECT one on purpose. If the caller doesn't challenge it then you know it'll be a scam call.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You might also get someone turn up to your door like a courier who have been tasked by whoever worked it to collect the device so do not hand it over to them as it is your responsibility&amp;nbsp;to return it directly to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
