&lt;P&gt;Has Sky charged your twice or did they take the payment via whatever payment you have setup but you also made a manual payment because if this is what happened then a credit should be on your account that you can either leave so it pays your next bill or you can call Sky about getting it refunded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
