Hi, I'm still with sky but I have recieved a compensation refund can I have this transferred to my bank account?

Hi @Jubbsy79 Compensation is normally only paid as credit. But there is harm in asking Sky.

I went onto the online chat andrequested to bes sent to bank account. They refunded all of it , took about 3 days 🙏
