      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered a new tablet yesterday. Took my upfront payment of £6 and I filled in the direct debit details. I've received a document for the data plan within the app but when I go to My Orders there's nothing there, nothing to track and I've received no emails from Sky acknowledging my order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It definitely all went through so was wondering if anyone had any suggestions before I actually ring Sky&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
