Sky Switch Credit

How can I get my Switch Credit, I have sent all the relevant documents at least times. I cannot talk to anyone in that department. I am owed £167 pounds. I an still within my cooling off period, so may just leave!!!

Yes, asked me to send in PDF format, which I did, then nothing

Did you send both documents, one to show you had been charged the early termination fee and the other to show that you had paid it and you sent them to this email address - switching credit @Sky.uk (all one word without the gap)

I have now received the e mail stating it has been applied, but it is not on my account

Have you looked at your future bills for it ?
