      <title>Issue with Refer Friends and Family</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have sent a code to my family for Friends and Family deals but the link is not working.&amp;nbsp; Once they access the deals and select the NOW TV deal, they are getting an error page.&amp;nbsp; I am unsure who to contact to assist with this.&amp;nbsp; They are a new Sky Customer.&amp;nbsp; Any assistance would be appreciated if anyone else has had a simialr issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If they are going to be a new Sky customer then they need to select a Sky package and not a NOW one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of the deals available to them when you used my link was for a Now deal.&amp;nbsp; Do they need to already be a NOW customer and then add on the NOW deal available?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't have thought so. They might have to call NOW but give your detail as the person referring them if the link isn't working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
