If you are still looking at the thread please note&amp;nbsp;you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting on here. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name (before you closed it) wasn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are. You need to instigate contact.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The current methods for contacting Sky are below and depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others……&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;🟩 &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":telephone_receiver:"&gt;📞&lt;/span&gt; Customer Services&lt;/STRONG&gt; by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers. Other official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are normally inclusive from non Sky phones.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke with someone but got cut off, my husband&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999"&gt; [removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. Passed away in May, I am trying to log into sky to see my account &amp;amp; change somethings as I cannot afford the whole package anymore. I am &lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999"&gt;[removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I work &amp;amp; cannot take any calls until 3pm everyday. Could someone call me after that so I can get set up please. I have asked for sky premier sports to be cancelled &amp;amp; movies.. I want to keep the basic package, sky sports &amp;amp; Netflix please.. regards Maria Cole.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
