&lt;P&gt;Billing continues as normal up to&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the date you leave so once you have left you should see the overpayment appear on your account as a credit so you can then call them to ask them to refund it to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you say 'contract end' so you mean you contacted Sky and gave notice to cancel and this was acknowledged?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
