    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't cansel broadband installation and order because&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999"&gt; [removed]&lt;/FONT&gt; asking s security questions i have never set-up up???? I gave him my bank card 4 digits number but it didn't work??? Asking mothers middle name, and said no correct??? But I never done this questionnaire??? What a hell customer service?????&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The additional question was probably your mothers&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;maiden name&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;not her middle name.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;The agents have to be certain they are talking to the account holder especially for cancellations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Call Sky again when the lines reopen and when prompted for the telephone password&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;say "forgotten it" or similar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
