Quoted contract price

I got a new contract over the phone and was told 119 euro. I asked was that it total including vat and I was told yes.
however when I got home the new next bill charge is 131 euro.
I emailed back 4 times on the email that we sent to me but have received nothing back. What should I do

I believe those types of email are not set up to receive replies from you. You may need to call Sky Ireland when the lines reopen. I don't think they are open over the weekend.

When did you agree this new contract with Sky and when was the next bill due to be paid ?
