me and my partner split up and i wont to get sky streem in my own name bought a 2nd hand sky tv so only need the streeming service but because when i put the address in its keeps saying am i the account holder and to put in the 1st 2 numbers off account number used to pay direct debit but i want account in my name i want to do it online not over the pone

@andrea101 If the old account is in the name of your ex and at the same address as that of the one you want to sign up at, then your ex has to either cancel or transfer out there account before you can sign up yourself

further in addition because you have brought a second hand tv you do have to phone up as detailed on the link below it cannot be done online but the above has to be done first
