      <title>Returns issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am showing as not returning a Hub to sky and being told I face a charge for this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The hub was collected by Royal Mail on the 27th Sept and Tracking shows it was delivered on the 29th Sept.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Return completed I thought now receiving text messages stating do not forget to return your equipment to avoid charge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted Sky and they took tracking number and return details and said they will escalate this and call us to update 2 days ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No phone call and equipment still showing as not returned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now after reading similar posts on community it's worrying that equipment charges are still being charged and I do not want this to happen can someone from sky please look into this and update the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really frustrating having to chase returns for sky once the customer has completed the process it should be sky chasing Royal Mail and not threatening the customer with charges.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
