      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made a new contact today and they put spots and all of that on my contact even though I said I only watch Netflix on my tv n I said no to him, and he kept insisting on it and put it on. how do I redo it? I'm not paying £60 a month for my tv.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.&lt;/P&gt;
