Good Morning

I'm aware that this is not Sky Employees and just Sky customers but was hoping someone may know the answer to this and apologies for the long winded explanation:

I had an iPhone 15 Pro Max which I was paying £36 a month for.
I wanted a new phone, so I purchased one on 15th September, a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 at £35 a month.

There was £552 left on my iPhone agreement and so I paid that off in full on 28th September.

I hated it the Samsung. Couldn't get on with it and the camera was rubbish by comparison and so I returned it within the 14 day cooling off period (returned on 29th September).

On 7th October, I was charged £71 which according to the bill was:
Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max - £36 on 23rd September

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 - £35 on 16th September

Does anyone know if that £35 for the Samsung will be refunded?

Thanks very much

All being well the refund should appear as a credit on your next bill later this month.so I would keep an eye on this and if needs be you will have to contact Sky about it.
