&lt;P&gt;Sky won't have passed the debt onto a debt collection company for one missed payment. How long have your services been restricted? Have you set up a new continuous payment method for card of Direct Debit yet? That will need to be done too if Sky haven't cancelled your subscription which can occur after you've missed payments for 56+ days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You will need to wait for the payment to reach Skys account. We don't know how long that may take when payment is via a debt collection company.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What we can say is&amp;nbsp;if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription due to your poor payment history.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
