    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am being charged sky glass, sky q and broadband they have said it's a system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Glitch still not fixed even had a email&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to thank me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;fornreturn my sky q equipment . I now use nothing as they said they had to cancel sky glass to cancle sky q but now they can't re set up my sky glass so a I have is freeview&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved over from sky q to sky glass in aug, a month later I'm still being charged for sky q so im&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;paying For sky glass and sky q when I spoke to sky &amp;nbsp;they said &amp;nbsp;sky q had not been cancelled I said why would I need sky glass and sky q the said there was a system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;error anyway 2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mknths later they still trying to charge me for both spoke to them today they cancelled my sky glass and sky q saying they could re set my sky glass back up which they now can't so I have only basic channel on sky glass and &amp;nbsp;nothing else now have to wait 23 days before they can try again . Had enough now who thought it be that hard to swap over&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4499739"&gt;@Kelly263&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Do you also have Sky Broadband?&amp;nbsp; As the broadband elemant my be what you're being charged for.&amp;nbsp; Once you have Sky Glass your Sky Q subs should be cancelled so you shouldn't also be charged for Sky Q at the same time as Glass&lt;/P&gt;</description>
