    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I cancelled my sky bqck in July and had a bit of a battle when I was charged another month. After a few weeks it was concluded that it ended in July and credit is now showing in my account for £150. It was finally resolved at the start of September but I still haven't had the money.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately that process is currently switched off and we don't know when it'll return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At present you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in. Providing your payment method is still active they should then be able to refund it in 3-5 WORKING days.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
