&lt;P&gt;Did you accept the offer at the time?&amp;nbsp; Cancelling with a current ISP and then ordering broadband from a different supplier will result in a considerable period without any service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't need to cancel your existing service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is what the One Touch Switch services does.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You simply order a new service for a provider and they tell your old provider when to cease.&amp;nbsp; (The idea being most people want continuity of service)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
