My husband tried calling sky but when he gives them the password that I give him to get in to account they say it's not right obe

The password that Sky will ask for it not your online one but a telephone one, if you do not know what it is then if you ask them to ask you another security question that you should be able to answer.

Hi @Wildeones Never divulge your account password to anybody! The telephone password should be completely different.

@Wildeones If they're asking for your account password, disconnect the call immediately, it's NOT genuine Sky.
