      <title>Sky equipment returned but still charged</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp; I have been charged for equipment that has been returned.&amp;nbsp; I had a virtual chat with an agent over a month ago and provided tracking number and the said they would arrange a credit/refund.&amp;nbsp; I have not received anything yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am I in the right place for someone to contact me about this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
