New TV package offer

Good evening all,

I have just been offered a new deal on my TV and Broadband packages.

I've attached a screenshot of the offer (I've left off the Broadband offer as it's easy to understand). Am I correct in saying the offer is:

- Sky Ultimate £17 and

- Sky Sports Complete £15

I only ask as my next predicted bill doesn't reflect these figures but shows Sky Ultimate £23 and Sky Sports £22.

Hi @PandJ2020 - the predicted bill for the next full month is Sky Ultimate £23 and Sky Sports £22.
This month appears to be discounted because I've been in contract. Not sure if I'll get refunded on that as I have already paid the month up front.

The predicted bill for the next full month is Sky Ultimate £23 and Sky Sports £22.

I've also been given details on my most recent bill of in-contract discounts which look like they reflect my new contract. Not sure if I will get the differences as a refund or taken off future bills as I already paid the old contract terms.
