    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was promised a manager will call October 2nd in regards to my dads bill. He has been charged for sky kids but only adjusted the October bill. I am requesting his bill can be adjusted from the start of 2025 £55 charged at £8 for every month which he never used.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
