    <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up to sky in august and I have not been able to access my sky billing i dont have a copy of my account number and when I try to link it via my address it says there is no account. This is concerning as my bill has increased this month and it should have.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
