    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I was on the phone to Sky , for a simple upgrade to Sky Glass. I have been on the phone for 8 hours (yesterday and today).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They managed to mess up my email, can't send or receive messages. Half the advisors don't know what they are doing, it's a no wonder Sky want you to do everything online. In the end they lost a sale, but still waiting for them to sort my email, was told it could take up to 3 weeks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why did you not do your&amp;nbsp; order&amp;nbsp; by signing&amp;nbsp; in to your&amp;nbsp; account&amp;nbsp; on the sky website, I did it that way and ordered&amp;nbsp; my second sky glass&amp;nbsp; tv&amp;nbsp; and had no problems, or order it on your my sky app&amp;nbsp; again&amp;nbsp; just sign in&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
