It's showing as credit on the app but I went to make a manual payment like this last time and it eventually shown on the remaining. Is there a way to reverse the credit?

Hoping someone can help. My bill is paid on the 2nd of every month. This month's Bill today has s been paid and I also made a final payment of £150 to clear my phone contract bill. Payment is showing as being taken out my bank account but only the direct debt of the monthly contract is showing on the app and not the manual payment. When will this update so I can see that my phone remaining balance is all paid? Help!

Have you checked that this manual payment hasn't gone onto your account as a credit instead of a payment against the device itself ?

Only by calling Sky on 150 are requesting a refund. I know you said you did this before but if you want to make part payments against paying off your credit agreement then it is advisable to call Sky and let them process this for you.
