How do I buy a sky q box

I currently have a sky stream.

however this box isn't working out for me and I really want a sky Q box. Does anyone know how I can make this happen? I can't find it online or on the app just different upgrade?

You would need to speak to Sky about this as you would be changing between two different systems so stream would need cancelling so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.

Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

And contrary to your thread title you can't buy Sky Q boxes or mini boxes.They are only loaned to you by Sky. Any you see for sale are basically stolen property.,
