&lt;P&gt;You are not talking to Sky support on here as we are customers like&amp;nbsp;you who help each other.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any numbers can be spoofed so if that&amp;nbsp;was a call from Sky then no matter what they were calling&amp;nbsp;for they should have asked you for your telephone password so if they didn't do this then I suspect it wasn't and even if you are not sure give them a wrong password because if it was Sky they would then tell you it was wrong.&lt;/P&gt;
