      <title>Been 6 weeks and no refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Waiting 6 weeks for a refund that you owe me, promised different dates and the last being the 22nd September. I want my money back or I will charge it back on my credit card and report you to trading standards. I will raise a complaint on finanical ombudsman too as I know they fine you £100's for each complaint made. Either return my £40.65 today or I will go ahead and charge it back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As we are only customers on here if they have not refunded you the credit on your account then the next step is to put in a complaint:&lt;/P&gt;
