      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your services have been restricted due to lack of payment then it's very difficult to talk to them until the outstanding amount is paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try withholding your number (141 prefix) or calling from a different number and try get around the IVR.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best way would be to pay the outstanding amount - any mistakes would be credited.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
