We're other customers here so cannot see your account... But I'm not sure what you're asking as it doesn't make full sense?

If you performed a swap and had intended to return the old item then you can cancel that and pay for both items until the respective balances are cleared.

You'll have to call Sky to discuss your account though.

Have you started a swap or upgrade against the tablet, if so and you have changed your mind then you will need to call Sky about this.
