      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my broadband service and the last day of the contract was 20/8/2025.&amp;nbsp; However, my Sky account is in credit to the tune of&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;£36.&amp;nbsp; I have talked to the staff on phone but still cannot settle this matter.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does anyone can tell me how to claim this money back?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Only Sky can issue the refund so if they are saying things like you have to wait a few months then this is incorrect so I would&amp;nbsp;suggest calling them again or using the&amp;nbsp;social media links at the bottom of the page to make contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
