Not a sky customer

I have just had an email saying I owe you money. I have not got Sky and never have. Could you please look into this. When I first applied to Sky, I never received the equipment as I live in a caravan. I am with BT.

So you placed an order for Sky TV or Broadband or both as there must be more going on here than what you have posted.
