Sky loan term extension

How do I apply for a Sky loan term extension? I called Sky and the operator said that they don't do this! Not what it says on the 'My Sky' apply. I struggled to understand the operator with his accent and when asked if I could speak to someone in the UK, was told they didn't have a UK department! I had to end the call, as all I was getting was gibberish. The app just keeps you going round in circles and this whole thing is messing with my mental health! Please someone from Sky, HELP!

A payment holiday only applies to either Sky Glass or if you have a Sky Mobile device.

Thank you, unfortunately this also sends me round in circles.

But another community member says the extension is only for Sky glass/mobile customers.

Unfortunately, I'm neither of these.

@Ru55 What loan agreement do you have with Sky? The loan extension option applies to Sky glass, Sky mobile and mobile accessories and Sky live.
