Unlink SkyiD from ex-partners Account

Hi

I need some help. I have previously been an 'Additional User' on a Sky account with my ex-partner.

I am having issues unlinking my SkyiD from that account to be able to link it to my current partners Sky account, when I try unlinking I get an error message.

The separation was not the cleanest and we are not on talking terms so I am unable to ask her if she can remove me (or even if she is still with Sky).

Is there a way that I can manage to unlink my SkyiD as I only have the one email address?

@Skydiver69UK afaik only the account holder can add/remove users as you have to be logged in with the primary id
