&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have a continuous payment method set up you never need to make a manual payment. Once the original planned payment has been processed a credit should appear on your Sky account for the amount you have overpaid. This might not happen until payments made or due over the weekend are sorted out, I would suggest NOT making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To get a refund,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;once your extra payment is showing as a credit, contact Sky who can arrange a refund within the standard 3-5 WORKING days. Either call or perhaps use social media (the links are at the bottom of this page).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We're other customers here, not Sky customer services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should not make manual payments unless requested.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which payment have you contested as it may cause issues if it's the automatic one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
