&lt;P&gt;I presume you mean you want to cancel your Sky broadband subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The below link explains how to switch to an alternative provider or the various methods on cancelling completely.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you cancel before your contract ends (minimum term), you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge). &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and not a TV subscription. &lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period. &lt;STRONG&gt;Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
