      <description>&lt;P&gt;I gave my brother a friends and family referral.&amp;nbsp; He filled in all the details and was ready to accept but the website says "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties" and to try again later.&amp;nbsp; He's been trying for days with the same message, and can't find a phone number to call Sky and sign up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help please?&amp;nbsp; The Virgin contract he has is running out and will be fined or without internet if can't get it sorted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
