      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When looking at my current mobile bill, I noticed that there was a section with bills for an old Sky TV account. Credit has been sitting there for quite a while but there doesn't seem to be a direct way to access it. How can I get this money refunded?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
