&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have returned my equipment and keep gettign emails saying you are going to take £53 from my account for non-return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have been a customer for 20+ years and find this totally unacceptable, attacked is the RECIEPT from the ROYAL MAIL that the equipment has been sent !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Your thread has been temporarily removed as you've included the identifiable tracking number. It'll return once moderated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your image was rejected for the same reason.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You posted in the Sky+ board. Sky+ equipment is customer owned and doesn't need to be returned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A £53 non return charge usually relates to a Sky Broadband hub. Is that what you have returned?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
