I have credit on my sky account I've not been with sky since June does anybody know when I will receive the money

It can take a good few months to be refunded so you will need to get in touch with Sky to speed this up because we could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but this is not available at present so you will have to contact them yourself so under “Need more help” if it is available should be the number to use:
