    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the very same issue a number of years and ago and for me it took me three calls before someone knew what to do and manage to unlock it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried calling the number shown here as it looks like it should be an automated process&amp;nbsp;to get it unlocked:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having to use my parents account to write this -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I signed up to Sky yesterday with a new package (have never been with Sky before). I tried to log into SkyId but kept getting the error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Account locked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We apologise for the inconvenience, but we have encountered a problem with your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I have called Sky and they can't seem to work out what the issue is - I want to check my new order and tracking but can't do anything. Has anyone had this before as the technical guy I spoke to yesterday had no idea what the issue is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I must have signed up previously to a Sky account but it will not even let me change password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's the number I called twice yesterday. When I took out the new contract I said to the lady I can't seem to login and she said it's nothing to worry about but after a 1 hour call yesterday they now can't work out what the reason is for the block.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had had the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I filled out an online form to delete my sky ID and provided the correct username. Sky emailed a day or so later that they deleted and unlinked everything.&amp;nbsp; Then I reregisteredthe email and everything was unlocked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
