      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to upgrade a device and I keep getting this message everytime I click on the basket after I have added it -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Technical error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;It’s not you, it’s us. Try refreshing the page. Or use the link below to start again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried other devices , clearing cache etc but all say the same?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi yeah my account ID is all ok and I can access everything else like broadband, bills, tv packages etc. I just cant access the basket, which is odd.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
