&lt;P&gt;If you left Sky and then returned after being away for 24 months or more then your account will have been closed so you will need to set up a new Sky ID to use.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Old bill is still showing on my account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently just joined back with sky on a new 24 month contract and when I go onto my sky app it is showing my old bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went back to sky the after a couple of months so I didn't leave within a 24 month period.. I spoke with someone on the phone yesterday and he had told me it's a whole new 24 month contract. What do I do with my old account that's showing my old bill&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
