Mobile broadband charges

I have recently purchased a iPad with 10gb data. I have been charged an extra £10 for unlimited calls and texts but was not aware of this extra charge as assumed it would be included in my data charge. Can anyone help?

The sim you purchased costs £10 per month and that includes the 10GB data and the unlimited calls and texts, this is because Sky does not see data only sims.

So I pay £14 a month for the data does this include the call and texts? Or am I paying £24 a month. I wasn't aware when I purchased the contract thanks

You should be paying one price for the sim and nothing extra and that includes data, texts and calls so what are you being charged ?

It is supposed to be £14 a month discounted to £1 for the first 3 months. However this month I'm being charged £10 for unlimited calls and texts and £1 for data so makes no sense at all

There should be no charges for the calls and texts so I would call Sky on 150 about this as all Sky sim plans include both at no extra cost.
