      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did the payment fail via a direct debit because if it Sky will always try again 10 days later so if this is the case the payment you made doesn't go towards the bill but just puts a credit on your account so do you now see a credit on your account ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you make manual payment? They're not required when you already have a direct debit or monthly card payment in place. If so, I suspect your manual payment has gone towards your &lt;EM&gt;next&lt;/EM&gt; bill, leaving your current bill unpaid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
