&lt;P&gt;Sky don't use email for general communication so I'm not surprised you've had no reply. You will need to call Sky again to chase it up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Refund overdue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an overpayment/ credit on my cancelled account of £57.81, which I was told would be paid into my bank account that I used for my Sky contract, this did not happen. I phoned Sky directly who advised me that this would now be &amp;nbsp;paid back to my bank account within 5 working days of the phone call, this has not happened. I have contacted Sky by email to request confirmation that my refund is being processed, no response 48 hours later. Does anyone have any experience of this type of issue??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would call again as there are reports that they are running slow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
