Repay credit balance

I've had an email to say I have a balance from an account closed last year and to call a number to have it repaid. The number is automated and the only option is to enter my account number to have a cheque posted.

I've moved house, hence the cancelled account so I don't want the cheque going to my old address but I don't know how to change my address. Is it possible to do online?
