    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just realised I was out of contract when money came out the bank. No letter sent to inform me,oh we sent an email they said. I went on this morning and they wouldn't offer me a new contract,stay with rolling contract till 2026 . A customer for 25 plus years and seriously annoyed at this.Result is price has gone up as well take it or leave attitude stinks Why won't they offer me new contract&amp;nbsp; ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once out of a fix term contract you are automatically put on a 1 month rolling contract&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Not heard of that before. I'd call again and ask to speak to the cancellation/retentions team. Recent posts indicate that you may not be offered the same level of discount as in the past, however.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
