      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am writing to request assistance with a refund on my account. I cancelled my broadband service on July 31st, and my final bill shows a credit balance of £22.02.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has now been almost two months (over 45 days), and I have not yet received the refund. My account is still showing as active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please escalate this issue to the appropriate team so they can process the refund to my bank account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
